Description

Good nutrition is the fuel of human capital. Without it, societies pay the price in poor health, lower learning outcomes, and lost economic growth. Yet malnutrition in all its forms (undernutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, and obesity) remains a global crisis, especially in conflict-affected and fragile settings where food insecurity and weak systems multiply risks. Following the 2025 Nutrition for Growth (N4G) Paris Summit and the extension of the UN Decade of Action on Nutrition to 2030, attention now turns to the years ahead: turning commitments into impact. This high-level panel will bring together leading voices to highlight opportunities for scaling up action across health, food systems, agriculture and education. It will spotlight innovative financing, governance solutions, and cross-sector partnerships that can move beyond fragmentation to unlock scalable, lasting impact. By convening decision-makers from international organizations, civil society, investors, and academia, the discussion will chart pathways to place nutrition at the heart of sustainable development and human capital.
