Description
The project Route de la Jacinthe d’Eau transforms an ecological constraint into an economic opportunity for the lakeside communities of Ganvie , Benin. The initiative trains women and youth to use water hyacinth for compost, crafts, and ecotourism, creating green jobs and restoring the lake ecosystem. Led by JEVEV ONG, the project promotes economic empowerment by strengthening climate resilience.
