Description
The Whitaker Peace & Development Initiative’s Youth Peacemaker Network empowers youth in conflict-affected areas with the skills to prevent violence and promote development in their communities. After training, they graduate as Youth Peacemakers and lead peacebuilding initiatives in schools, advocacy campaigns, community leaders training, and community dialogues to mediate local conflicts.
