Seventeen years of experience in working with Transparency International Bosnia and Herzegovina, (starting as project coordinator, then spokesperson, program manager, and finally executive director) resulting in substantial management experience (project, programme and organizational management) and expertise in the field of anti-corruption and rule of law. Extensive experience and skills in developing and undertaking advocacy programmes and initiatives, and designing and developing anti-corruption policies. Extensive experience in leading and undertaking research on different aspects of transparency, accountability and governance, with particular focus on rule of law, political integrity, elections, judiciary, etc.
