He previously served as Chief Innovation Officer at OCP Group and as Chair of Soil Science at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, advancing research on soil health, climate change, and sustainable farming.He is also Co-Founder of WGV Agro in Brazil and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Global Phosphorus Institute. With over two decades of experience in soil fertility and agricultural development, Leonardus bridges science and practice — including as a specialty coffee producer at Fazenda da Lagoa & Nelly Cafés Especiais.Achievement: Leonardus is recognized for establishing the Soil Science Chair at UM6P, advancing global research on soil health and sustainability.
