Description

Ms. Nafissatou Idé Sadou is a psychologist with a degree in performance management from the IMI in New Delhi and a specialization in management and leadership for women executives from the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in Paris. Founder and National Executive Director of the NGO Femmes, Actions et Développement (FAD) since 2009, she has been working for more than fifteen years to promote equality, social justice, and women's empowerment. A trainer and consultant, she has initiated several programs, including the Committee of Women Political Mentors (COFEMEP, 2017), the Movement for the Respect of Women's Rights in Niger (MRDFN, 2016), the Committee of Young Women Leaders (COJEFIL, 2014), and the Women's Memorandum (2023). Her visionary leadership makes her a major figure in Nigerien civil society.
