Dr. Nikolaus S. Lang is a Managing Director and Senior Partner in BCG’s Munich office. At BCG since 1998, Nikolaus is the global leader of the BCG Henderson Institute, the firm’s think tank, global vice chair of BCG’s Global Advantage practice, and chair of the Center of Geopolitics. He advises clients on globalization-related topics including geopolitics, global trade, supply chain resilience, international joint ventures, and digital ecosystems. Nikolaus lived in Asia for ten years and has worked in most major emerging markets. He is co-author of Beyond Great (PublicAffairs, 2020), and his work has appeared in the WEF Agenda and Harvard Business Review. He is a frequent speaker at major international events such as WEF Davos. He is also Honorary Professor at the University of St. Gallen.
