For ca. 20 years, Stéphane has been advising a number of governments, state-owned companies, development financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds on economic and financial development, public debt management, capital raising and debt restructuring transactions across Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. He graduated from Harvard University, Sciences Po Paris, ESCP, Paris La Sorbonne University with degrees in Public Administration, Economics and Law.
