Renée Larivière is the Senior Director of Programmes at Interpeace, where she provides strategic leadership and oversight of peacebuilding operations worldwide. With extensive experience working in fragile and conflict-affected societies, she engages closely with diverse stakeholders to build sustainable peace.Renée brings field experience from Peru, Pakistan, and Indonesia, where she has worked on issues at the intersection of natural resource management, climate change, and conflict. In Peru, she contributed to Grupo GEA’s initiatives and served as a Visiting Professor at the Post Graduate School of La Molina National University. Her career began with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), an experience that sparked her dedication to advancing inclusive and sustainable peace.
