Description

Since the Velvet revolution in Armenia in 2018 Ararat Mirzoyan has served as First Deputy Prime Minister, President of the National Assembly, and, since August 2021, is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. He is a founding member of the ruling “Civil Contract” party. He holds PhD in History and degrees in History and Public Administration.
