ElsaMarie D’Silva is the Founder and President of Red Dot Foundation (India) and Red Dot Foundation Global, best known for Safecity, a crowdmap that collects anonymous reports of sexual and gender-based violence to inform data-driven solutions for safer cities. A social entrepreneur, futurist and systems thinker, she works at the intersection of gender, technology, and urban planning to build inclusive communities. She is co-founder of the Gender Alliance, the Brave Movement, and an advisor to the G7’s Women7. Her work has been recognised globally, including awards from Vital Voices, Ashoka Changemakers, and the Anthem Awards.
