Malcolm Fleming is President of ACLEU and Director of Public Affairs for the Postcode Lottery Group, having first joined the group in 2016. Prior to this Malcolm was a Special Adviser to the First Minister of Scotland. He spent the early part of his career working for the international NGO Oxfam.
