Description

Pauline Larat is Deputy Head of the Energy Division at the Agence Française de Développement (AFD). An expert in climate finance and energy transition, she has over 15 years of experience supporting policies and investments that promote universal access to sustainable energy in developing countries. After five years in Mexico, where she contributed to advancing the country’s just energy transition, she now works to strengthen the climate impact of AFD’s energy financing at the international level. She holds a Msc in energey engineering from CentraleSupelec and a Msc in environmental economics from Imperial College London.
