Description
Sultan Abbas is an international development professional with over 10 years of experience in program design, resource mobilization, and policy engagement across South and Central Asia. He currently serves as National Manager for Program Development with the Aga Khan Foundation in Afghanistan, leading strategic partnerships with multilateral institutions including the World Bank, ADB, and IsDB. Sultan has taught International Relations at Karakoram International University, Gilgit, and consulted for organizations such as UNICEF, Heinrich Böll Stiftung, and the University of Oregon. He holds an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and has studied Islamic history and philosophy at the Institute of Ismaili Studies in London.
