Caroline Delgado is the Programme Director and Senior Researcher at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), where she leads the Food, Peace, and Security program. Caroline holds a PhD in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response from the University of Manchester and is widely published in areas linking food security, climate change, and peace.
