Description

Steve Hall is an experienced ocean science, technology and policy consultant, a former vice chair of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission, and former CEO of the Society for Underwater Technology. His main client is the Nippon Foundation-GEBCO Seabed 2030 Project, an international effort to support the creation of the first high resolution map of the ocean floor. Steve has worked in diverse marine areas including marine autonomous systems, tsunami warning, sea level rise and climate change, and advised governments on marine policy and growing the blue economy.
