Description
Mike Wisheart is the Director of Global Partnerships for Advocacy at World Vision International, where he leads efforts to strengthen global collaboration that advances holistic child wellbeing. His work focuses on expanding World Vision’s influence through innovative alliances and engagement with new sectors and networks where children’s needs and rights are often overlooked. Mike has co-authored policy papers on the role of business in development, multi-stakeholder platforms, and cross-sector collaboration, and has represented World Vision at numerous international fora. Prior to joining World Vision, he worked with BMW, Mars Group, and a faith-based organisation in Tanzania. He holds a BEng and PhD from Loughborough University and an MBA from Leicester University.
