Description

David leads the advocacy work for the Global Citizens Assembly. Before being an advocate of people power, he was a Fellow for International Climate Policy and Diplomacy at the UN Foundation, focusing on climate negotiations under the Paris Agreement. David served as a lead negotiator on the Paris Agreement for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and after COP21, he led the climate program at the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI) in Paris. Before his time in climate multilateralism, David began his career in international development and microfinance leading projects in Africa linking energy access and financial services. He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s SIPA.
