Yves Perrier is a French personality in finance. Since April 2023, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Edmond de Rothschild Group.He began his career in audit and consulting firms and joined the financial sector in 1987. From 1987 to 2003, Yves Perrier was namely Chief Financial Officer of Société Générale, member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Lyonnais in charge of finance, risk and audit. From 2003 to 2007, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Calyon, now CACIB (Crédit Agricole’s investment bank).From 2007 to 2023, he was Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole Group supervising Asset Management, Insurance and Real Estate.In 2010, he was the architect of the creation of Amundi through the merger of CAAM (Crédit Agricole Asset Management) and SGAM (Société Générale Asset Management). Yves Perrier has driven a strong development of the company whose assets reach now 2 trillion. Amundi is the leader in Europe and in the top 10 worldwide.Amundi’s growth has been achieved organically and through major acquisitions, including Pioneer in 2016 and Lyxor in 2021. Amundi is listed at Paris Stock Exchange since 2016. Its market capitalization has doubled to reach 14 billion euros.He also chaired the Institute for Sustainable Finance, which aims to strengthen the role of the financial sector to implement the ecological transition. He is also member of the board of several companies and institutions.
