Antoine Rostand is President and Co-Founder of Kayrros, a global environmental intelligence company and the world leader in earth observation technology.Antoine is a world authority in environmental intelligence, and an expert in the use of satellite imagery to illuminate global emissions, deforestation, biomass, and other climate metrics. Under his leadership, Kayrros has grown rapidly, becoming the sole provider of data to both the United Nations and IEA. The company was behind the data exposé that revealed the enormous scale of methane leaks in Turkmenistan, prompting a diplomatic intervention by the U.S. government. Since its founding in Paris in 2016, Kayrros has been honoured with a number of awards. Kayrros was recently named among SpaceX, Microsoft and Google DeepMind as one of the world’s Top 100 Most Influential Companies by TIME magazine.Prior to Kayrros, Antoine was president and founder of the Schlumberger Energy Institute, a non-profit now known as the Kearney Energy Transition Institute. He was also President and Founder of Schlumberger Business Consulting and played a key role in its development into one of the leading international energy-sector management consultancy firms.
