Description

Caroline Siebold heads the foresight and partner intelligence unit in UNESCO’s Bureau of Strategic Planning in Paris. Her current work focuses on innovative partnerships ideas and sustainable financing solutions. She co-chaired the UN HLCP working group on future generations until 2024. Earlier, she was an expert for UN reform at the country level and focal point for the Director-General's Office for the UN General Assembly, ECOSOC, the Security Council, and the UN Chief Executives Board. She also served as Executive Officer, responsible for supporting the development of UNESCO's medium-term strategy with Member States. Caroline studied Political Philosophy and Biology in Göttingen and at Harvard University.
