(This session is co-organized with the Carter Center.)The war on Gaza has deepened the crisis of Palestinian political fragmentation at a time when credible governance and leadership are most urgently needed. The absence of reconciliation and unified Palestinian institutions undermines prospects for a sustainable ceasefire, hinders reconstruction and service delivery, and weakens the legitimacy of any political framework tasked with representing Palestinians during this critical transitional period.Today, Palestinians find themselves at one of the most pivotal moments in decades — caught between the devastation of war at home and renewed diplomatic and grassroots momentum abroad. Too often excluded from decision-making about their own future, Palestinians must now be placed at the center of the conversation.This roundtable aims to provide that platform. Speakers will examine the dilemmas facing the Palestinian national movement and explore new strategies and visions for the path forward.
