The war in Ukraine has destabilized the region and questioned the relationship of Europe vis a vis its Eastern neighborhood. How can countries in the region play a constructive role to bring about peace? What relation can Europe build with its neighborhood to shape the end of the war and the post-war order? Should the response be focused on security and/or other aspects?
